When will my order be sent?

When completing an order with Two Thirty Cheer supplies and processing your preferred payment method, you accept the following terms and conditions:

  • All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays (AWST & holidays).
  • All orders placed after 10am (AWST) on Monday through Friday may fall on the following 2 business days for packaging and shipment.

Ordering Within Australia?

All orders shipped within Australia over $75 AUD receive FREE regular shipping. A flat rate of $9.95 AUD, for regular postage is charged for all other orders. If you're in a hurry, we also have a flat rate express shipping option for $15 AUD.

Estimated delivery times are 3-6 business days for regular shipping and 2-3 days for express shipping, dependent on Australia post and/or Sendle’s delivery schedules. These estimated dates are out of our control, you will receive an email when your order is shipped and will be able to track your parcel accordingly.

Australia Post and Sendle both follow an “authority to leave” if safe to do so policy. So if you do not want your parcel left at your location, should you not be present when attempted delivery is made, please outline this clearly in the notes of your order so we can accommodate.

Estimated delivery times vary dependent on your location. Packages being shipped to locations outside of metro areas may take longer. These estimated dates are out of our control, you will receive an email when your order is shipped and will be able to track your parcel accordingly.

Will I Be Charged Customs Fees?

All purchased made from international destinations may be subject to custom fees, taxes or other additional costs associated with trading outside your country. These are separate charges added to your parcel when it arrives through customs, these are not included in our flat rate shipping charges.

Before placing an order with Two Thirty Cheer, we suggest contacting your local customs office to ensure you are aware of any charges you may face that are relevant to your order with us. Two Thirty Cheer are not responsible for any additional fees you receive while your package is in transit, these charges can not be refunded.

If you refuse your package due to outstanding customs fees, the parcel may be shipped back to us and/or abandoned. We are not responsible for the handling of this abandoned order.

How Do I Track my Package?

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor it’s progress. We do not monitor this progress for you.


Delivery times may change for various reasons such as holiday periods, time of year, severe weather and couriers used. As we use third party providers to delivery your packages (although it would be epic to hand deliver everything!) these estimates are out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages.  

Two Thirty Cheer does not give refunds to customers who fail to pay their customs duties and taxes.

As our customer, it is your responsibility to provide correct shipping/delivery information when confirming your order. If you provide the wrong details we can not offer any reimbursements for this package, although if it isn’t abandoned and safely returned to us, we will contact you via the email provided on your order to give you to option to re-ship, at your expense.
