Need to return your item?

We have a simple returns policy, just follow the details below:  

We want to make sure you love your Two Thirty garment(s), so we will gladly provide you with an online store credit for your returned items. In order for us to do this we just need:

  • Garment(s) unworn/unwashed, in original packaging with original tags attached.
  • Garment(s) are not damaged/altered (eg: stained by fake tan, make up or smell of perfumes, deodorant etc).
  • Filled out returns form (you can download it here).
  • Garments(s) are received within 30 days of your original order date.

Return postage costs are at your own expense, however if your garment(s) are faulty, we apologise and will cover the cost of shipping at our expense. Contact orders@twothirtycheer.com.au before posting your return. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage on faulty returns if your send them back without contacting us first.

Processing a Store Credit

Once we have received your return and we are satisfied with the condition of the garment(s), we aim to process your return request within 2-3 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email to your original order email with the online store credit, amounting to the full amount of the garment(s) being returned less any postage costs.

I believe I’ve received a faulty/incorrect item

Although we aim to provide our customers with a service and garments of the highest standard and quality, if you believe you have received a faulty/incorrect garment please contact us at orders@twothirtycheer.com.auso we can assist you to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Photographs of the fault are welcomed, if the fault does not amount to major failure in the garment, we are entitled to provide you with a repair, replacement or other remedy.

I’ve ordered the wrong size or changed my mind

Changed your mind on a purchase? No problem, we will provide you with an online store credit for your returned item. In order for us to do this we just need:

  • Garment(s) unworn/unwashed, in original packaging with original tags attached.
  • Garment(s) are not damaged/altered (eg: stained by fake tan, make up or smell of perfumes, deodorant etc).
  • Filled out returns form (you can download it here).
  • Garments(s) are received within 30 days of your original order date.

We do not offer exchanges on change of size or mind purchases, we encourage you to repurchase using your online store credit. Return postage costs are at your own expense.

Final things to note

Please don’t forget to fill out your returns form and post it along with your garment(s) when returning. You do not need to email us for regular returns, we ask for emails on faulty products.

The returns form and goods must be returned to the address provided on the form and receipted/inspected to our satisfaction before we are able to issue your online store credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense for any return other than faulty items. We do not refund or credit the cost of postage. Unless the product is faulty, if your returned goods are assessed as having been worn, damaged, altered, tags removed, or otherwise returned outside of the stipulated timeframe, we will notify you of this assessment and the goods will be returned to you.

We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us. We recommend you keep a copy of your tracking number.

Discounted and sale items can only be returned at Two Thirty Cheer Supplies absolute discretion. Please email us first at orders@twothirtycheer.com.au.
